This is a really, realllllly good way to examine rally length.

We know the average is under four shots for the men. At the 2015 Australian Open it was 3.8 shots. In 2016 it was slightly less, at 3.7 shots. That data makes you think that rallies are possibly getting shorter Down Under. It would be nice to see a 10-year average on this, but alas, that data is nowhere to be found.
