Approaching the net is a highly successful strategy to employ in a match. Most of the time you win two out of every three points at the front of the court.
So when is the best time to come forward? It's with a Serve +1 approach. The No. 1 rally length to come to the net is a rally of three shots. The serve went in. The return went in.
